8/7/15 7/22/15 Parts are finally up and ready! You can find Movements 1-6 in the following drop box link. You will also find an mp3 to each movement in its corresponding folder. Please download/print your parts and put them in folders as well as download the mp3s. If you don't remember your instrument, please email me for clarification. Leaders, let's make sure we spread the word to our own sections to double check that everyone gets music to start. I'd love to be able to play through the whole show by the end of the first week, so please do not wait to start working on it! I will also be posting cadences shortly as well. (Link: AAArFbmlGKC6gVoa3pmtYv3Da) 7/3/15 Hope you guys are practicing! New music should be out this next week (drum feature is gonna be cool, EVERYONE should be ready to shout as loud as Natasha) A little clip of Bluecoats this year, please watch, ESPECIALLY BASSES. This group is absolutely incredible this year. Probably the best bass drum line there is, snares and tenors are definitely in the top three. Please note how they look and sound. Each person moves the same, plays the same technique, same areas on the drum heads, and preps each attack the exact same. It's all about uniformity. I'd love to hear if you guys are getting together and drumming this summer to work on these concepts (Vid: Bluecoats Drumline 2015- Drum Feature and Closer 6/20 ) 7/3/15 Another video for the front ensemble guys and girls. Same things as before, watch how they move together, match heights, and PERFORM together. Particularly towards the end as they start playing a lot more notes together.
